Usage:

1.Flavor & Fragrance Industry
A key aroma chemical with sweet, fruity Concord grape scent; widely used in food flavors (grape, berry, citrus, watermelon, mint), beverages (grape soda, wine), confectionery, chewing gum, and tobacco products.
Extensively applied in perfumery for floral (jasmine, orange blossom, gardenia), oriental, and sweet woody fragrances; used to synthesize Schiff bases (e.g., aurantiol) with aldehydes for enhanced aroma stability.


2.Agriculture: Bird Repellent
